Thomas O. Morgan, DO is a board-certified general surgeon who holds specialized training in diagnostic and therapeutic laparoscopic surgery, and colonoscopy. In addition to general surgical procedures, he focuses on vasectomy and the treatment and healing of hemorrhoids through a minimally invasive procedure called photocoagulation.
Dr. Morgan attended California State Polytechnic University in Pomona, Calif., where he earned a bachelor of science degree in zoology. Upon graduation, he attended Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in Kirksville, Mo., where he earned his doctorate of osteopathic medicine. In 1987, Dr. Morgan arrived in Michigan and interned at the Detroit Osteopathic Hospital Bi-County Community Hospital in Detroit, Mich. He completed his residency at Oakland General Hospital in Madison Heights, Mich., before serving 17 years at Carson City Hospital in Carson City, Mich.
