The Marlette Regional Hospital (MRH) laboratory is staffed 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to serve our inpatients, ECF patients, hospice patients, and ER patients around the clock. However, outpatient services are only available during certain times.
For the comfort of outpatient clients, the laboratory has added a new blood-drawing area. This newly renovated area has a larger waiting room as well as more space and privacy for patients.
The laboratory has also obtained a new area for storage and work space for the staff.
The changes made to the laboratory department have improved customer service through shorter waiting time and enhanced the patients' experience with the beautiful and peaceful blood-drawing area. The laboratory continues to provide high-quality work because of high-quality equipment and excellently educated and trained staff. We provide the highest standard of care through College of American Pathologists accreditation and a caring staff with years of experience.
