    Qualifications:
    Education:Registered Nurse with current Michigan license; recent emergency room experience, ACLS and PALS certification required.
    Experience: Must possess strong leadership and management skills; must be knowledgeable of all patient care groups.
    Special Skills: Good interpersonal and interdisciplinary relationships; high level of initiative and creative problem-solving ability and conflict management skills; ability to work efficiently under stress; embraces Marlette Regional Hospital’s mission, vision & values and the Continuous Quality Improvement philosophy.
