    Qualifications:
    Education:Registered Nurse with current Michigan license.
    Experience: Responsible for 24-hour patient care. Knowledge of geriatric population. Progressive experience in clinical nursing; strong clinical, leadership and management skills; good interpersonal and interdisciplinary relationships; high level of initiative and creative problem-solving ability and conflict management skills; ability to work efficiently under stress. Reports to ECF Nurse Manager. Embraces Marlette Regional Hospital’s mission/vision/values and Continuous Quality Improvement philosophy.
