The above wage range reflects the minimum, midpoint and maximum hourly rate for this position. New employees are hired between the minimum and midpoint of this range. The initial wage offered will be based on qualifications and experience.

    Qualifications:
    Education:High school diploma or equivalent. Competency evaluated by State of Michigan with current certificate.
    Experience:Long term care experience preferred.
    Physical Requirements:Visual and auditory acuity. May lift weights over 25 lbs when moving/lifting residents/equipment; prolonged walking and standing. Manual dexterity required.
    License Required:Current CENA cerfification in the State of Michigan.

    Equipment used: Century tub, Hoyer lift, Sara lift, Blood Pressure, Bed scale, Aqualator, Alarms
