Dr. Morgan is a Board Certified general surgeon who holds specialized training in diagnostic and therapeutic laparoscopic surgery, laparoscopic surgery, and colonoscopy. In addition to general surgical procedures, he will focus on diagnostic and therapeutic laparoscopic surgery, colonoscopy, vasectomy, and the treatment and healing of hemorrhoids through a minimally-invasive procedure called photocoagulation.
Dr. Morgan attended California State Polytechnic University in Pomona, CA, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Zoology. Upon graduation, he attended Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in Kirksville, MO, where he earned his Doctorate of Osteopathic Medicine. In 1987, Dr. Morgan arrived in Michigan and interned at the Detroit Osteopathic Hospital Bi-County Community Hospital in Detroit, MI. He completed his residency at Oakland General Hospital in Madison Heights, MI, just prior to serving 17 years at Carson City Hospital in Carson City, MI.
