FACTS ABOUT THE FOUNDATION

The Book of Memory

The Book of Memory is located by the Emergency Room entrance. This honors individuals who have passed away and been lovingly remembered by their family and friends through memorial contributions to the Foundation. Loved ones names are permanently engraved in the Book of Memory at the end of each year.

Recognition Board

The MRH Partners for Progress Donor Club is open to all individuals wishing to make an annual cumulative contribution of $100 or more and to businesses and organizations wishing to cumulatively contribute $250 or more. Club members are recognized on the Donor Recognition Plaque onthe Wall of Honor and also receive a personal gift.

Levels of Gifting

When the total contributions to the Foundation from any donor reach or exceed $1,000, they are recognized at the appropriate level of the Donor Recognition Plaque. As the years pass, donors willmove fromlevel to level as their contributions accumulate. These levels are:

All donations receive a written receipt, a thank you letter, and an acknowledgement letter to the family of those being memorialized or honored.
