Aspire Rural Health System is seeking a full time RN in our Hospice Department. We are looking for those who have a great attitude to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals who are constantly striving to provide the highest quality of services for our patient.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Registered nurse case manager, as a member of the hospice interdisciplinary team, is responsible for providing comprehensive skilled nursing assessment and planning of care to maximize the comfort and health of patients, families, and caregivers consistent with United Hospice Service policies and procedures. Trained to care for patients in the home hospice setting. Responsible for sharing a portion of 24/7 on-call coverage of home hospice patients.
Part Time/24 hour per week. Days with some on call.
