Marlette Regional Hospital and its family health care offices offer $10 sport physicals each year in an effort to help local athletes prepare for their sports season at an affordable price, and half of the proceeds are donated back to the schools’ athletic programs. Over a 3-day offering during the summer months, 86 sport physicals were provided by nurse practitioner Kari Beth-Hinderliter, and $430 was donated to the Kingston athletic program.
On behalf of Marlette Regional Hospital, nurse practitioner Kari Beth-Hinderliter (pictured right) of Kingston Family HealthCare presented the donation to Athletic Director Carl Nicol, Dean of Students Jay Green, and Principal Matt Drake.
