Schank is a graduate of Mott Community College, where she earned certification as a licensed practical nurse and a registered nurse. She earned a bachelor of science in nursing from U of M Flint. She earned a master of science in nursing from Saginaw Valley State University and is board-certified as a family nurse practitioner.
She has managed an acute care department, and has worked in a medical/surgical department. She has a strong background working in an emergency department, she is experienced in pediatrics and women’s health, and she has experience working in various family health care offices.

Bring all necessary information, such as employer's authorization or auto policy and claim number. If you must change or cancel your appointment, please do so as soon as possible so that we may accommodate other patients.
To keep billing costs down, payment is expected at time of service. This includes co-pays and deductibles. We accept cash; checks; and VISA, MasterCard or Discover credit card.
Please note: A $25 nonsufficient fund charge is placed on all returned checks.
We will be happy to discuss our fees and payment policies with you.
We participate with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan, Community Blue, Blue Trust PPO, Aetna, Medicare, PPOM, Medicaid, Great Lakes, HealthPlan of Michigan and HealthPlus, as well as most commercial insurances. For your convenience, we will submit completed forms to the insurance company for you. However, any deductibles, co-pays or uncovered services are your responsibility.
If your name, address, telephone number or insurance coverage changes, please let us know as soon as possible.
For your safety, prescriptions can only be refilled if your examination is current. When requesting medication refills, please allow 24 hours for telephone and written prescriptions.
